The TGWA Board of Directors met on 03/09 and voted to move the TGWA Annual Convention to August 1-4, 2021. Any exhibitor or attendee registration will be transferred to the August convention date. Because many events are being pushed to the fall, set up is on Sunday and the convention will be from Monday-Wednesday.

If the event is postponed, all registration, exhibitor, and sponsor fees will be applied to the new date. If the event must ultimately be cancelled, we can refund fees, but also welcome you to consider donating them to the association. The convention makes up more than a third of TGWA's annual budget, and the loss of the convention would have a detrimental impact.

SPONSOR OPTIONS:
All sponsors will be listed in the convention program, the convention web page, and be given sponsor signs for booth spaces.

Luncheon Sponsors - Receive ONE 8x10 booth, a large sponsor sign displayed in the registration area plus all the below recognitions, except your recognition will identify you as the Luncheon Sponsor.

Lanyard Sponsor - Sold out
Receives all sponsor recognition mentioned above, as well as recognition of company name on the event lanyards.

Attendee Name Badge Sponsor - Sold out
Receives all sponsor recognition mentioned above, as well as recognition of company name on the attendee name badges.
