    Latest Update 11/16

The TGWA Board of Directors met on 11/13 and voted to move the TGWA Annual Convention to May 4-7, 2021. Any exhibitor or attendee registration will be transferred to the May convention date.

We continue to track COVID protocols and are working closely with the hotel on what the convention might look like, regardless of when it is held. We know that TGWA is best when we can meet together, so an online event is not currently being discussed. At this time, we also believe that cancellation of the event is unlikely and look forward to seeing you next year in a safe but productive environment.

If the event is postponed, all registration, exhibitor, and sponsor fees will be applied to the new date. If the event must ultimately be cancelled, we can refund fees, but also welcome you to consider donating them to the association. The convention makes up more than a third of TGWA's annual budget, and the loss of the convention would have a detrimental impact.
