MISSION:
In the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie, the TGWA Texas Women in Groundwater (formerly the TGWA Women's Division) is dedicated to the benefit and support of the TGWA and the groundwater industry.

MEMBERSHIP:
The membership is open to anyone associated with TGWA members and interested in the groundwater industry. The Women's Division has a meeting each quarter. There are additional meetings planned during the annual groundwater convention and trade show, which are geared toward fun and fellowship to bolster our mutual interest in the industry. The President of the Women's Division is either the wife of the current President of TGWA, or a member who agrees to represent the current TGWA President. The President will set the goals for her term of office, which includes representing the Division at the convention and trade show, and for the past 12 years has included a fundraising project for a community service of her choice.

The Women's Division received the President's Award during the 2018 TGWA Annual Convention.
